Eddie Abeyta is the founder of Abeyta Architecture Studio, a boutique Dallas-based practice rooted in the belief that great architecture begins and ends with the human scale. With over 30 years of experience—including a distinguished tenure as Design Director at a leading international firm—Eddie launched his studio in 2022 to pursue a lifelong vision: serving others through thoughtful, rigorous, and meaningful design.

Eddie brings a deep commitment to creativity, craft, and community. His holistic design approach consistently transforms complex challenges into elegant, site-specific solutions, earning the trust of clients and peers alike. His work has received national recognition, including design awards from the AIA and features in major publications.

Beyond practice, Eddie is an engaged civic leader, serving on boards such as the Dallas Urban Design Peer Review Panel, the Dallas Museum of Art’s Building & Grounds Committee, and the Trinity River Conservancy. His leadership in sustainable design includes piloting a DOE Net Zero home and speaking at national forums including NOMA and Greenbuild.

A mentor to many and a frequent guest lecturer, Eddie leads with optimism, shaping architecture that enriches lives and communities for generations to come.
