Rafael Figueroa is the President and founder of Il Granito, the leading stone fabrication and installation company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth market. Born and raised in Mexico City, Rafael earned a bachelor's degree in International Business before relocating to the United States in 2000.

He began his career working across various departments in the stone fabrication industry—from installation and fabrication to sales—gaining firsthand experience and insight into the business. Recognizing a gap in the market for a company that prioritized exceptional service and quality, Rafael founded Il Granito in 2002.

Over the past two decades, he has built a highly regarded company known for its strong leadership, refined processes, and enduring client relationships. Under Rafael’s direction, Il Granito continues to set the standard for craftsmanship, communication, and client satisfaction in the stone industry.
